Sod & Turf
Sod installation must be done with the right soil preparation and amount of compost to thrive and use less water. We make sure to rototill, grade and prep the area properly and only use top quality sod to avoid any future issues and get the lawn established with good strong roots.
Irrigation
We install irrigation systems in accordance with local regulations to provide proper coverage and water conservation measures. After installation and establishment period we provide follow up services to adjust watering patterns and timing for continued thriving of the lawn and plants without over or under watering.
Fences
At Omega designs we provide a variety of choices for fencing. Decorative metal, Concrete (Integrated color and natural gray), Cedar (Stained or natural). There are many choices to fit any lifestyle or as required by the HOA or CAB. We can provide the right product for your needs.
Retaining Walls
Decorative, sitting and retention walls provide the opportunity to enhance the look, make a difficult yard more usable or both. If you are looking for a wall that can be used as a bench, a concrete block wall covered with faux rock and cap to elevate the look of your hardscape, a natural boulder or stacked stone, or a paver block wall to provide support with a decorative aspect while gaining more usable space. We can find a look that enhances your project.
Firepit & Water Features
Water Features are not a common addition to landscape projects. Space, water usage and maintenance can be a very valid concern, however the beauty, color and peaceful ambiance that the right water feature can add to all landscape concepts are admired and complemented by everyone. We can build water features that are proportional and complementary to most spaces.
Pavers and Concrete
Pavers provide versatility, color and texture and the ease of future expansion or modifications without the worries of mismatching or noticeable differences. The selection in colors and textures can match the look you have in mind and complement in a beautiful way your outdoor living space. Consultation
The schedule a no-pressure meeting on-site with our prospective clients to discuss their ideas, assess the terrain and gather all pertinent notes. For new builds or as available we request the plot plan for the property to help us determine boundaries, drainage patterns, easements and other pertinent information.
Design
We create a free, full color, drawn to scale rendering of their ideas with labels. An itemized estimate from that drawing is put together with a total price for the project.
Review
We schedule a meeting to do an in-person presentation of the design and to discuss each line of the itemized estimate. After the meeting, we leave our clients with a copy of the design (not approved for distribution) and a confidential copy of the estimate so they can have time to discuss and consider the design and estimate at length. We never pressure for same day decisions.
Build
Prior to the scheduled start date or during the waiting period for HOA or CAB approval, we confirm materials and plant selection. Upon start we follow up and get approval from clients on updates and modifications as needed to areas shapes, plant placement and other items requiring feedback. We schedule regular walkthrough as permitted or required to let the project move forward, and we bring the rendering to life for our clients to enjoy their vision as planned. Our goal is to give our clients a simple yet thoughtful experience with minimal disruption from their everyday life.
