According to the CAB all homeowners are required to complete the backyard landscaping within 120 days of closing, outside of the winter deferral period.   We have been working with the CAB since 2019 and completed landscaping to over 200 homes in Sterling Ranch.  We are one of the few CAB approved vendors that takes care of submitting the CAB design review application and related paperwork and schedule inspections on behalf of the homeowner!
